Meet Our Treatment Co-Ordinator

When you arrive, our friendly reception team will greet you on arrival, making you feel safe, comfortable and relaxed. We are a family-run business and we aim to make every patient feel as if they are part of our family. You will then meet with our treatment coordinator in a non-clinical setting. They will begin by discussing your medical and dental history and going through a smile questionnaire with you to help us get an understanding of your concerns. This is the perfect time to share your smile aspirations with us.

Let’s Get Started

You will then see the treatment coordinator again who can answer any further questions you may have regarding the treatments discussed or financing. They will be able to talk through your proposed treatment plan and provide any further information that may be required. If you are ready to go ahead with treatment, the treatment coordinator can book your next appointment and take any deposits required.

Book for a Consultation

To begin your journey with us, the first step is to book a consultation. You can do this by phone or online through our booking form. We offer free consultations for dental implants, Invisalign and teeth straightening, and cosmetic dentistry.‍If you are a nervous patient, we can begin with a remote consultation if this is helpful for you.

Meet Your Dentist

The treatment coordinator will take you to meet the dentist in the surgery. Your dentist will talk to you about your goals and discuss the treatments available to you and the associated costs. This will not be a thorough exam and no dental treatment will be carried out at this time.
